The Buildings at The Bottom of the Hill

It was an enjoyable challenge
Switching from structure to structure
There were only seven buildings in total
Just enough to make a person go crazy

The inhabitants were wary
When the sun rose
They never really got used to
A time meant for prosperity
Being used for hunting

They knew what the sun pushing the horizon meant
The scraping of claws
That sucking sound

No one ever perished though
In a way it seemed like things would go on forever
That those seven little buildings would always
Keep the sands at bay
